Je viens de penser que tu est sous Vista. Dans ce cas, lance le programme de la manière suivante: clic droit sur l'icone qui se trouve sur le bureau, exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

Après avoir demandé des conseils, ton rapport est propre. Le problème doit venir de ta connexion internet.
