Bonjour,
here is the technical specifications of the motherboard that is proposed to me in a kit, but I am having trouble understanding what to refer to in order to choose the graphics card? What references are necessary to know if a GPU is suitable for a motherboard?

    simple, can you list all the PCI-Express graphics cards

    personally, I have a P5Q with a 9800 GTX, it's not bad... there are better ones but they're more expensive, and vice versa.

    it's PCI Express, but on these new boards you can put more power-hungry CrossFire graphics cards.

    Yes, and since you have a PCI-Express slot, I recommend the Corsair VX450 power supply, which offers a good quality/price/noise/quality ratio.

    Since you won't be doing SLI or CROSSFIRE, it will be more than enough; in any case, it's the one I chose: P5Q + C2D E6400 + 9800 GTX+ + 3 GB RAM + 3 hard drives + 1 DVD drive + 1 additional fan.

    But if you get a good graphics card, make sure to get a good power supply as well, knowing that there's no point in going for excessive wattage with a single GPU...

    What are you talking about, the motherboard or the graphics card?

    The P5Q manages RAM in DDR2, but there are motherboards that manage DDR3 or even both DDR2 + DDR3.

    Knowing that DDR3 is still very expensive and not necessarily very useful yet.

    However, on the P5Q, you can put graphics cards with DDR2 AND DDR3 RAM...

      or the RAM embedded on the graphics card, and there you can take a graphics card with DDR3 or DDR2, both will work...

      Well no, one is 9400 the other 9500, that changes everything...

      The 9500 GT is equivalent to the 8600 GT, if I'm not mistaken...

      EDIT: In that case, if you're aiming for that range, get an HD3850, because I had the chance to test the 8600GT and the HD3850, and believe me, the HD3850 is way better!

    If you talk well about graphics cards, it's a memory specific to the graphics card, whether it's DDR2, DDR3, or even DDR5, it doesn't matter; the most important thing is the connection slots to the motherboard; they must be identical for both.
