Bonjour,
mon antivirus m'ouvre presque tous les jours une petite fenêtre en me disant que je suis infectée par un virus appelé Trojan. Quand je lance une analyse complète de mon système, il ne détecte rien, pourquoi?
Mon ordi est il vraiment infecté?

Telecharges hijackthis sur ton bureau : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/Security_tools/hijackthis
* Fermes tous les programmes en cours.
* Double-cliques sur l'icone de ton bureau.
* Executes le en cliquant sur Do a scan and save a log file.
* Le rapport s'ouvre sur le bloc-note, copie/colle le et postes le.

Telecharges Mbam : http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
* A la fin du telechargement mbam se met automatiquement à jour, laisses faire.
* Une fois telechargé, fermes tous les programmes en cours et lances mbam.
* Clique sur Recherche et coche la case Executer un examen rapide.
* Lances l'analyse et ne touche à rien pendant celle-ci.
* A la fin, clique sur Afficher les resultats.
* Puis cliques sur Supprimer la selections.
* Un rapport sera généré, postes le !
* A la fin du telechargement mbam se met automatiquement à jour, laisses faire.
* Une fois telechargé, fermes tous les programmes en cours et lances mbam.
* Clique sur Recherche et coche la case Executer un examen rapide.
* Lances l'analyse et ne touche à rien pendant celle-ci.

Re, telecharges SDFix sur ton bureau : http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
*Double clique sur l'icone de ton bureau et lances l'installation.
* Une fois installé, redemarre le pc en mode sans echec ---> ( au demarrage du pc, tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier ---> un ecran noir apparait avec plusieurs options , choisis Mode sans echec et valides par la touche Entrée de ton clavier)
* Une fois en MSE, double clique sur le fichier obtenu lors de l'install. Runthis.bat.
*Une fenetre noire apparait, appuies sur la touche Y de ton clavier, pour lancer le nettoyage.
*Le bureau va disparaitre, c'est normal, le fix va travailler !
*Patientes jusqu'à la fin du scan.
*Une fois le nettoyage terminé, SDFix te signalera que le pc va redemarré, appuies sur 1 touche, comme demandé.
* A la fin, le pc redemarre en mode normal, un rapport sera généré, postes le!
