Problem avec system 32 dll.exe

Bonjour,
S'il vous plait..est'ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider avec ce problem. J'utilise Windows XP Home edition et l'ordi avance plus rien..

Chaque fois quand je veux demarrer soit l'ordinateur, ou un program ou l'internet, peu import, j'ai cette message c:\WINDOWS\system32\potzjh.dll not a valid windows image.C'est sur c'est un virus mais je n'arrive pas le trouver..j'ai essayer avec Avast, antivirus SFR/Neuf,Spybot.
