Problem avec system 32 dll.exe

Bonjour,
S'il vous plait..est'ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider avec ce problem. J'utilise Windows XP Home edition et l'ordi avance plus rien..

Chaque fois quand je veux demarrer soit l'ordinateur, ou un program ou l'internet, peu import, j'ai cette message c:\WINDOWS\system32\potzjh.dll not a valid windows image.C'est sur c'est un virus mais je n'arrive pas le trouver..j'ai essayer avec Avast, antivirus SFR/Neuf,Spybot. Quand j'ai installer Highjackthis j'ai eu:

MalwareByte's Anti-Malware après mise a jour, en mode normal et vire ce qui est trouvé et colle le rapport

Télécharge ici :

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

merci de votre reponse mais le malwarebytes ne rien fais.

Je crois que j'ai réglé le problem par l'installation de "Antivir". on verras!!
