Bonjour,

Voila mon soucis : je vien de télécharger Antivir/ avira et jai fait un scan mais plein de pages s'ouvre en me disant qu'il ya des virus mais kan je met supprimer et OK les pages s'ouvre tout de suite apré.

C'est normal ??

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Le Pb c ke l' analyse né pas fini encore ... il me faut bcp de tps. et ces pages qui s'ouvre a répétiition me soule.

Dc je pouré pas vous le donner avan lgt, mardi pe etre. je ne sais pas.

lors d'une alerte de antivir il faurt que tu coches la case appliquer pour tous comme cela tu n'aura peut etre plus d'alerte
si cela persiste désactive le guard d'antivir comme cela tu n'aura plus d'alertes et tu pourra finir le scan

et

colle déjà le rapport RSIT

Comment j'obtient le rapport RSIT. Il faut attendre la fin du scan ??? la s'y en est a 3 pour cent ..

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

tu es gavé!

tu as mis privacycleaner qui est un espion

vas dans les taches plannifiées (poste de travail puis C:\Windows\tasks\ ) et vire celle ci:
ztmirniw.job

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

oui mets le rapport antivir

puis

vas dans les taches plannifiées (en allant dans poste de travail puis C:\Windows\tasks\ ) et vire celle ci:
ztmirniw.job

si tu n'y arrive pas passe a la suite

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Je n'arrive pas a trouver windows +/task .... et le rapoort et trop gros pour le mettre.... il est tro long ...

utilise pour supprimer tes traces

CCLEANER: (lance un nettoyage et répare 3 fois le registre) sans installer la barre yahoo
(dans les options puis avancé :désactive la case: effacer les fichiers de plus de 48 heures)

puis remets un rapport RSIT:

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit
