Hello,
I've been going crazy for the past two days!
Indeed, I can't stop trying to get a hotmail.es account (don't ask me why it sounds more exotic).
Even when I go to the Windows Live Spain site, when I try to create an address, it keeps redirecting me to the French server!
I'm desperate, please help me!!!

Hello,
Indeed, you will always be redirected to the page in your original language. The question is ultimately simple: How to change the language settings?
Go to: https://outlook.live.com/owa/ and then click on "Language" (direct link: https://outlook.live.com/owa/
Then choose your language (Spanish in our case) and save.
You can now go to https://www.msn.com/es-es and then click on "Hotmail" (icon at the top left), the Hotmail login page will then be in the chosen language, you just need to click on "Registarse" to create an account on hotmail.es.
