bonjour j ai un pc portable packard bell et suite à un virus j ai voulu formater avec un cd de reinstallation d un autre pc (pas un portable) windows xp familial mais ca n a pas marché entièrement : pas le même aspect qu avant et pas de son! quelqu un peut m aider svp ???
