Orange: TV Issue

Question

Hello,
I have no channels anymore...
the mosaic shows the current programs but no images in the squares and when I select a channel it displays the banner at the bottom with the program name but no image or sound!!!!
I tried to reset and even unplug it but nothing changes...
please help me.

Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.1

I'm not satisfied with the ADSL TV because the image freezes very often (sometimes every minute), especially in the evening, not to mention the spinning wheel of death in the upper right corner of the screen.
I have a LivePlug box but I don't think the problem is related to the box.
So the question is: is this normal? Should I diagnose my line???
I don't know if I'm in the right section.

I have exactly the same problem as renplg15, I have neither the image nor the sound... I don't understand where it comes from??? HELP!!!! plz...

Hello,
half an hour ago, I wanted to watch a trailer on 24/24 video and when the trailer was loading, everything froze. I unplugged the decoder electrically...nothing! Same with the Livebox, then I waited for it to reset and plugged the decoder back in...and nothing!
I have a message saying "Service temporarily interrupted"...
This thing is starting to annoy me! mad

Good evening,
I've been having big problems since I got Orange TV. The image freezes or breaks up, and the at sign starts blinking, I lose the internet connection,
I wonder if I was eligible for TV over the internet????
It keeps glitching (pixelation and freezing images, and I lose my connection), it's stressful.

Here is my problem too: no picture just sound so I call ......(every 4 days for a month) finally the picture arrives but the sound is gone or intermittent, impossible to watch a program in HD without going crazy....so I call again another technician then another one...then another one.....then another one....comes December still unable to watch an HD channel

Since yesterday at 8:43 PM, my TV got stuck on channel 29 when I was switching channels. Nothing changes, the image has been the same since 6 PM. What should I do? When I manually unplug my Orange TV box, nothing changes; if I remove my card, it's the same. And the remote control doesn't make any difference...

Replacing the LiveBox allowed me to have the TV service working! However, the old LiveBox 2 mini SAGEM fully satisfied my needs for internet and phone. The new LiveBox is a "LiveBox 2 - SAGEM"
