* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue puis valide.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\TB.txt .

-Télécharge AD-Remover de C_XX sur ton Bureau :

-Ferme toutes les applications en cours, y compris ton navigateur *.

-Désactive ton antivirus.

-Double-clique sur AD-R.exe et installe-le dans le répertoire par défaut. ( C:\Program files )

-Double clique sur l'icône Ad-remover

-Au menu principal choisis l'option A

-Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin du scan.

-Il est sauvegardé ici : C:\Ad-report(date).log

* Process.exe, un composant de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus, (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
C'est pourquoi il faut désactiver provisoirement ton antivirus.

je suis désolé, jai fait tous ce que tu m'as demandé mais il ne veut pas faire le scan je crois que bitdefender bloque tous je vais être obliger de le désinstaller si non je ne pourrais rien faire qu'en penses tu

J'ai trouvé ceci :

"Salut.
Pour désactiver l’antivirus et le pare-feu de Bis 2008 il faut arrêter le service vsserv.exe.
Pour ce faire il existe un petit utilitaire stop.bat à cette adresse
ftp://ftp.editions-profil.fr/support/BitDefender2008 .
L’exécution de ce fichier arrête vsserv.exe . Apres il faut mettre en manuel ce service :
Démarrer-->panneau de configuration-->outils d’administration-->services des composant-->services(local)-->Bitdefender Virus Shield (double click)-->type de démarrage-->manuel
Voilà l’antivirus et le pare-feu ne peuvent plus demarrer même au cour d'un redemarrage Windows. Attention je n'ai pas dit que cela permettait de tester un autre antivirus ou un autre pare-feu!.
Pour redémarrer l'antivirus et le pare-feu il faut remettre Bitdefender Virus Shield en automatique et redémarrer le service. Le pare-feu et l’antivirus redeviennent actifs."

slt, je suis désolé j'ai éxécuter ce que tu m'as dit pour bitdefender il refuse l'accès j'ai essayer sur les 3 formes refus cathégorique il ne veut pas me donner l'accès manuel bon je crois que nous verons cela demain je le désinstallerai je ferai ce quetu m'a demandé et je le réinstallerai après je t'envoie tous les rapports
