Bonjour,

j'ai apparemment un gros problème sur mon pc probablement du à un spyware

plus aucun programme ne s'ouvre et j'ai un message m'indiquant que le pc va redémarrer dans 59 s (et c'est ce qui se passe !!!)

actuellement je suis en mode sans échec, mais je ne sais plus trop comment faire pour résoudre ce problème !

si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider, ce serait vraiment très sympa !!

    MalwareByte's Anti-Malware permet de supprimer tous les malwares (Trojan, Backdoor, Spyware, Rogue etc..).
    Il est simple d'utilisation et efficace.

    ComboFix a à peu près la mm fonction, sauf qu'il est à manipuler avec précaution.
    C'est pour les véroles plus tenaces.

      @trombine40AVANT d'utiliser ComboFix

      Il vaut donc mieux ne l'utiliser qu'en dernier recours, quand les autres outils ont échoué. Vundofix, Virtumundobegone, SDFix, Navilog, SmitfraudFix, Clean.zip peuvent faire une grosse partie du travail. L'antivirus et les antispywares aussi.

      @^^Marie^^jusqu'à présent j'ai toujours utilisé ccleaner, spybot avec teatimer, avast, regedit, msconfig et hijackthis et gestionnaire de taches. j'ai pas eu de pb mais je fouille bcp aussi je commence à repérer les mauvaises planques lol
      j'ai déjà réussi à virer 2 fois le virus photos msn en mode normal en prise en main à distance de cette manière (même s'il est vrai que avec l'outil c'est plus rapide mai à l'époque il n'existait pas le virus venait juste de sortir)

      donc je pense que si j'en vien à utiliser un logiciel de ce genre c'est parce que tout le reste a échoué

    Bon aller,
    on y va :

    > Télécharge ComboFix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
    Déconnecte toi du net et désactive ton antivirus pour que Combofix puisse s'exécuter normalement.
    - Double clique combofix.exe
    - Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
    - Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
    NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
    Attention : n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer la machine.

        Commence par poster un rapport HijackThis stp (mode sans échec puisque tu ne peux faire autrement),
        >Télécharge HiJackThis : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/11747-hijackthis/
        - Lance le programme, puis sélectionne < do a system scan and save a logfile >
        - Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.
        Et envoie, par copier/coller, ton log Hijackthis sur le forum,

          déjà ça mange pas de pain d'essayer le fix que j'ai mis. vous bataillez un peu tro facilement avec hijackthis qd on peut deviner ce que c'est avant. ensuite si tu as ce message d'extinction essai de faire menu démarrer exécuter
          et de taper :
          shutdown -a

          regarde si sa arrête le processus d'extinction.

          et puis mettez pas 36 fois la même chose, je pense qu'il a compris avec un seul, si vous voulez mettre la même chose qu'un collegue. merci :)

          Ton log est incomplet

          Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

          Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
          • Redémarre ton ordinateur

          • Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
          • A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
          • Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
          • Choisis ton compte.
          Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
          • Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
          • Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
          • Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
          • Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
          • Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
          • Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
          • Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
          • Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
          • Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

              quelle est la différence entre malware byte, et combofix ?

              tous les 2 servent à nettoyer, mais sont-ils réservés à certains types d'infections en particuliers ? chacun son domaine ?
