ouvrir la bse de registre,
allez a cette cle > HKEY CLASSES ROOT > .applcation (attention au point)
ensuite clic droit sur le dossier ".application" > autorisations et cocher toutes les cases autoriser (il faut que tu sois en mode administrateur)
normalement ca doit marcher si xp est legal.

Kris, est ce que t'es l'administrateur,
sinon, refait la meme manip, et lorsque t'es sur administrateur,
clic sur parametres avances en bas, puis clic en haut sur proprietaire, et clic sur ton compte pour le mettre en haut en proprietaire, applique, ok, ok, quittes et reboot, il n'ya aucune raison que ca ne marche pas sauf si ta base de registre est glinglin.
sinon, fait un scan avec microsoft liveonecare

mais si ta base de registre est abimee, il va peut etre te donner un message d'erreur.essayes, on verra bien

comme ça ne fonctionnait toujours pas j'ai continué à me creuser la cervelle !
en fait il suffisait suivre le chemin indiqué par le log
je suis donc allée dans HKEY CLASSES ROOT et ensuite dans interface et j'ai fini par trouver la bonne clé, ensuite les autorisations et voilà maintenant tout est ok !
