¿Cómo abrir mi S21?

My Samsung worked 10 days ago in the morning, in the afternoon when I opened it it asks for my PIN code, refused 3 times, it asks for my PUK code, there I see "after restart enter your PIN code" and since every attempt I read "too many attempts, try again in .............x min..........then x h"
Since then I have put my SIM card into an old Samsung and it works..........so I am not without a smartphone!
A idea would be welcome

El segundo código solicitado es un código PIN pero "no el mismo"
Está el de la tarjeta SIM y el del teléfono.
Habéis validado uno (SIM), queda validar el otro y es este el que os pide "inténtalo de nuevo en x minutos". Como prueba, el PIN de la SIM no os permite estos intentos.
Y ahí para él, no hay nada que hacer si lo habéis olvidado: hay que restablecer el teléfono.
O bien acordaros --'Imagino que adivinaís las razones por las que, cualesquiera que sean vuestras intenciones, no nos es posible ayudaros de otra manera en un foro público :-)
