Problème bitcomet

Hello,
When I open BitComet I receive the message
The BitComet Disk Boost service has not been installed
and when I try to install it I receive the message Unable to start the service

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 90.0.4430.93

      I reinstalled the latest version of BitComet
      I switched to expert mode
      I checked in the HTTP/FTP section: Create a task after download
      and When adding a new task
      Apply and validate, and there you go, we still receive the message but the downloads work anyway.
