Hello,
I bought the HESTEC universal remote but the problem is that I don't have the original remote, so how can I connect it to my Samsung TV, please? Thank you in advance.

    Low-end remote control check its manual or better yet if you have a smartphone use your smartphone as a remote control, see this page.

      @IsaYou did not understand that the app you are going to install on your phone is a virtual remote control. When you launch the app on your phone, this app serves as a remote control; it has nothing to do with your HESTEC remote.
