Freebox remote control cover stuck
Hello,
I recently received a new Freebox Revolution remote control (the thin grey one), but when I try to open the cover to insert the batteries, it stays stuck; it won't open despite my many efforts to force it.
What could I do to get it unstuck? Is it a genuine manufacturing defect?
Thank you in advance :)

It was the same when I got mine. You have to press very hard on both sides at the same time and pull. On the first one, I broke something and the hood wouldn't stay on anymore.

@BI.24It seriously broke, I had to put a piece of cardboard to hold the case together.

@BI.24It's the same, no matter what I try to open it, I think I'm going to break it.

@AbdelBsr ...to open the cache you need to take two rounded objects (like a ballpoint pen)...press hard on the two indentations located on the sides and ask a second person to pull. You'll see afterward, it's as simple as pie. I hope this will be useful to you.

@ChrisBsr Chris...take two ballpoint pens, press on both indentations with the rounded side...and ask someone to pull...I did it myself...it works really well...
