Problème d'ouverture de lien hypertexte

At my place, your link works fine from different versions of Word and Internet Explorer. However, this problem is often raised on the web.
Check the following page:
https://docs.microsoft.com/fr-fr/office/troubleshoot/office-suite-issues/cannot-locate-server-when-click-hyperlink
without stopping at the error message that does not seem to match yours.
Run the "Fix it" and let us know if it resolves your issue.
