Bonjour,
J'ai installer un scanner a partir de mon compte, mais quand je scanne avec PDF tout marche.
Si un autre utilisateur commence a scanner avec PDF reçois cette code d'erreur :
A required software component was not found or was improperly.
Reinstall the HP Photosmart softaware that came whith the divice, and try scanning again.
Hide extended error information

Comment peut je faire pour résoudre cette problème.
