It's been a while since I've been looking for a site to create a mirror effect on a photo that has already been taken. The question has been asked before, but every time the suggested sites didn't work!

the question is not sufficiently precise; does it involve creating a horizontal symmetry of the work area (what is on the left appears on the right) or having a reflection of the image in the lower part like on a water mirror or perhaps something else? -

Go check out this site: https://www.bloggif.com/photoeffects
All you have to do is click on "upload a photo", then choose your image, and somewhere (it's easy to find) there will be a "thing" that says "Mirror". Click on it, and you'll get your mirror effect!! No registration needed, nothing.
