Problème avec HTML!!!

Je veux me faire une page web mais j'ai un souci:

Lorsque je regarde ma page "curriculum vitae" n'est plus affiché, c'est écrit "format html". En fait, je voudrais que ce soit écrit:
Curriculum vitae (centré sur la page)
-format HTML (légèrement excentré par rapport à curriculum vitae"
Voilà la représentation que je veux faire.

Merci mais je n'arrive pas à excentrer "format html" par rapport à "curriculum vitae". Je voufrais le mettre légèrement sur la droite.

Ensuite je ne comprend pas pourquoi "autres liens" est souligné?

copie et colle le script html stp, parceque pour moi il n'est pas souligné !!
