suit les etape que je tu dit desactive la restoration systeme desinstal ta toolbar ASKbar je croit que c'est elle qui a un probleme fait un sacn anti virus telecharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware met le a jour et fait un scan en suit fix les probleme signale

ok la j ai descativer le syteme et j ai scanner maintenant je suis rendu a faire l analyse avec malwarebytes
aussitot que c est fin je reviens te montrer ce que j ai fais.
p.s. j iamerais preciser que je suis pas tres caller avec les ordi et j apprecie beaucoup ton aide

Ton rapport est sain alore fait ce qui suit
desactive tes protection anti virus
telecharge smitfraudfix_2.336 et combofix http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et fait un scan kon tu utilisera combofix c normale si les icon et l'arrier plan dispare

j avais norton2008 et je les enlever pour installer avast pourquoi mon antivirus n est pas bon?
ou si tu as mieux dit le moi

Sur ton rapport, je ne vois que du Norton...pas d'avast...

alors tu vas faire 2 chose de l'une :

1)voici pour désinstaller proprement et complètement et SIMPLEMENT norton .

Redémarre

2)Pour désinstaller Avast telecharge cet outil

3)Telecharge et instales l'antivirus Antivir Personal Edition Classic :

et les page blanche vont arreter de souvrir seul
en changant d anti-virus
