Forgotten Fransat PIN code and blocked PIN code

Hello, were you able to unlock your Fransat decoder?

I'm having the same issue, PIN code blocked for over 15 minutes.

I can't find anything on Fransat support, I'll have to call them.

If you can advise me, that would be nice.
