Hello, I have a TNTSAT decoder from 2011, I brought this decoder to our apartment in Portugal, I want to watch French channels but when I try to activate it, it asks me for a PIN code, but unfortunately, I don't remember the code and I have tried, which has blocked me for 15 minutes after 3 attempts. I went to change it but it asks for the old one that I can no longer remember, so I'm stuck, what should I do? My TNTSAT card is still valid until December 2024.

Hello,

You have burned all your chances and now you are asking for help. You should have taken advantage of the extensions to make the corrections... it is not possible for us to bypass the codes and that is not our mission in this forum, it is clearly stated in the charter.

I believe your validity until 2024... is true in France... and you are not in France.

You still have the option to contact TNTsat on their website to find a solution... we are not representatives of this group...
