Hello,  I can't log in, they've been saying maintenance for 2 days, is this normal?  Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.1.2

Especially since there is a certain "Candice" who has intruded into our family group!

It’s obviously a recurring problem!!! If I had known, I would have given it to my grandson, it’s what we have left to stay in touch! Expensive and useless purchase, I’m angry and frustrated!!

Same here! It's a shame! My goddaughter got it for Christmas and nothing has worked for the past two days. Try explaining to a 6-year-old that it's just a big scam given the price of this device!
