Unlock=New??

Hello,

Actually, it all depends on where you buy it. A new phone bought from a carrier may be locked to that carrier or unlocked brand new (rare). A phone bought online can be new and unlocked or second-hand and unlocked, depending on the merchant site.

Hello,
Actually, unlocked means that this phone accepts all SIM cards regardless of the operator.

To keep it simple, it will work with any operator...
This phone is new and unlocked at the same time...
