Retrieve CCP secret code online

Hello,
how can I obtain my secret CCP/INTERNET code as clearly as possible? I couldn't understand anything on the Telecom websites (even though I'm not stupid). THANK YOU.

    Or by SMS to 603. The SMS must follow this format: 
    account_number_CCP (space) confidential_code

      Sometimes this kind of issue can be resolved by trying another browser and/or by clearing the cache of the one you are using.

      However, if it still doesn’t work, it would be better to contact the site directly or, if possible, go through an agency.
