This means that it is not the Amazon site that is responsible for delivering what you ordered.

It is not the name of the carrier.

Hello,

The delivery people are terrible, they can't read, five times they've delivered to a neighbor and I've never seen my orders, one time they left my order in the building's foyer and everything was stolen, it's really unpleasant.
