middle mouse button? Solved

Question

Hello, I just bought a mouse and when I click the scroll wheel I can't open a new tab on Firefox. What should I do? Thank you.

remibarbier · Accepted Answer

In the mouse properties, I don't know which function to activate for the scroll wheel. Thank you.

billmaxime · Answer

Hello

the mouse wheel is meant to scroll a page

if you open a link you click left

if you are on a webpage and you click on a link "a new tab will open"

if you want to open a new tab just click next to the page that is open (on the small grey box)

best regards

bill => in Firefox, the middle click allows you to open a link in a new tab...

Remi => open the control panel, launch "mouse" (classic view), and see how the wheel is configured, the problem may come from there.
