Installation Thunderbird

Je ne sais pas trop.

J'ai entrant : pop.bluewin.ch
sortant: smtpauth.bluewin.ch avec port 587 que je ne sais pas ou mettre !
Tout ça dans Evolution qui ne fonctionne pas non plus

Ces indications fournies par Swisscom

Dans Thunderbird tout s'est fait automatiquement.

sudo touch /var/spool/mail/$LOGNAME

Faut- il que je fasse mkdir £LOGNAME dans mail ?

Impossible de créer le fichier verrou /var/spool/mail/francis.lock. Pour que movemail fonctionne, il est nécessaire de créer des fichiers verrous dans le répertoire de spool du courrier. Sur de nombreux systèmes, le meilleur moyen d'y parvenir est de fixer les permissions du répertoire de spool sur 01777.

Il y a 14 jour que j'ai rejoins la communauté Ubuntu. C'est formidable mais difficile.
J'utilise depuis ce jour : UBUNTU 10.04 LTS -le Lynx Lucide version avril 2010
J'ai cru que d'installer une nouvelle version cela changerait, mais non, c'est juste plus joli !

sudo chown $LOGNAME /var/spool/mail/$LOGNAME

Pourquoi 01777 au lieu de 777 0? 1?
avec 1777, seul le propriétaire du fichier peut le supprimer, avec777 tous le monde pourrait le supprimer.
le message parle de movemail, c'est le mécanisme de TB pour lire le mail local,
y a-t-il plusieurs comptes ?

Le message n'a pas pu être envoyé car la connexion au serveur SMTP « smtpauths.bluewin.ch » a expiré. Essayez à nouveau ou contactez votre administrateur réseau.

Par contre je reçois les Mails que je m'envoie avec GMail

smtpauths ou smtpauth ? les ports sont différents 465 ou 587

pour le problème SMTP, peut-être un bloquage du pare-feu ?
essayer dans un terminal
