Problem with EBP accounting

Hello,
I just bought the software EBP Compta 2010 but I have a problem:
IMPOSSIBLE to open my file, an error message appears: "The database is locked and opened in exclusive mode by administrator since 25/02/2010" what should I do???
Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 532.5

    You need to go to tools, maintenance, unlock the users and that's it.

      I have the same issue.
      And even after doing this operation, the message keeps coming back... even though the software seems to access the database...

      How can I make this message disappear completely?
