Bonsoir,

plus complet qu'hijackthis.

▶ Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT).

▶ Un tutoriel est à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement ici

▶ Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

▶ Clique sur 'Continue' à l'écran Disclaimer.

▶ Si l'outil Hijackthis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

▶ Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. ▶ copie le contenu des 2 rapports.

( C:\RSIT\log.txt et C:\RSIT\info.txt )

CTRL A pour sélectionner tout, CTRL C pour copier et puis CTRL V pour coller

▶ Ensuite viens coller dans ta prochaine réponse le rapport log.txt et dans une autre réponse la rapport info.txt afin qu'ils soient complet tout les 2.

quand j'utilise le programme pour convertir des vidéo en différent format "Super" avg me donne un avertissement du genre que cé un trojan ou un virus ça dit ça :

tu vas me faire ceci pour voir si tu n'as pas de détournement de DNS :

▶ Télécharge http://pc-system.fr/ sur ton bureau :

▶ Puis crée ce dossier > C:\WORT

-> Va dans poste de travail / clique sur ton disque C / puis clique droit dans cette fenêtre et choisis "créer"> "nouveau dossier" > nomme le exactement ainsi WORT

▶ Double clique sur WORT.exe pour lancer l'installation de l'outil .
▶ Ouvre le dossier WORT , clique sur WareOut_Removal_Tool.bat pour lancer l'outil et laisse toi guider ...

▶ Choisis l'option 1 et laisse travailler l'outil ...

Une fois terminé,

▶ poste le rapport obtenu.

Il sera enregistré dans C:\WORT\WORT_report.txt

( Il te sera proposé d'éxécuter le fichier WORTregfix.reg, accepte. )

a la lumiere de tout ca est-ce que je peux conclure si jai des virus ou non et si oui ou non est ce que je peux effacer les 2 programme qui sont "apparue" sur mon ordi : woeC2.exe et windomgr.exe sans rien affecter de grave ???

oui tu en as des virus, on va enlever tout ça.

ensuite tu va me faire ceci, car pas de détournement de DNS d'après ce que je vois :

▶ Télécharge FindyKill et enregistre-le sur ton bureau

▶ Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau, l'installation se fera automatiquement

▶ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

▶ Au menu principal,choisi l option 1 (Recherche)

▶ Patiente un peu, l'analyse peut durer quelques minutes

▶ Post le rapport FindyKill.txt

avec tous ces Cracks, ça m'étonne pas que tu es des virus, tu va devoir me supprimer tout ça car source de virus :

ensuite :

▶ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

▶ Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

▶ Au menu principal,choisi l option 2 (Suppression)

/!\ il y aura un redémarrage, laisse travailler l outils jusqu a l apparition du message "nettoyage effectué"

/!\ Ne te sert pas du pc durant la suppression , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !

▶ ensuite post le rapport FindyKill.txt

* Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
* Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides

mais cé bizarre quand j'ouvre le programme SUper .. AVG me dit encore que ya un infection du genre :

ensuite tu va me faire ceci :

* Sous Vista : ▶ Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

▶ Clique sur Démarrer puis sur panneau de configuration
▶ Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
▶ Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
▶ Redémarre le PC

▶ Télécharge Combofix de sUBs

▶ et enregistre le sur le Bureau.

▶ désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
