En effectuant une analyse avec Spyware Doctor j'ai trouvé ce virus sur mon ordinateur AdwarePlayMP3z comment faire pour m'en debarasser?

Bonsoir,

1) Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien :

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :

7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter une analyse rapide" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

11) MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

13) Poste le rapport dans ta réponse

Vérifie que la case devant "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's est bien cochée.

Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras ci-dessous,

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt : "Paste instructions for item to be moved".

  J'ai bien trouvé Moves Files mais pas le rapport seulement ceci peut être est-ce ce que tu voulais, c'est ce qui était écrit dans "Results":

il doit être plus simple de recopier le fichier script (pas de créér un raccourci) dans le répertoire downloads, d'ouvrir le répertoire avec l'explorateur windows et de faire le glisser-déplacer dans la fenêtre de droite.

je crois que cela fonctionne aussi.

  J'ai bien fait glisser le fichier mais ça ne me demande pas de cliquer sur 1 ou sur 2 ça me met un texte je dois dire oui ou non, c'est ce dont tu me parlais? Voici en tout cas le rapport que cela a generer:

vérifie que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs est désactivé :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

la manip n'a pas fonctionné :

Lancé depuis: c:\downloads\ComboFix.exe

au post 13,, j'ai demandé :

et enregistre le sur le Bureau. .

Désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

Clique sur le fichier CFscript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFscrïpt vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer.

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.

Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

Attention : cette manip a été fait pour cet ordi. Tout réutilisation peut endommager sévèrement le systèm

Bonsoir,

alors on fait comme ça :

Démarrer, Panneau de configuration, Imprimantes et télécopieurs.

Clique droit sur l'icône de la Lexmark et Supprimer.

===================
déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

E: , c'est quoi ? le lecteur CD ? Si oui, abandonne la manip de scan sur VirusTotal.

Pour l'imprimante, cette ligne la concerne et est suspecte :
LXCRCATS = rundll32 c:\windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LXCRtime.dll,_RunDLLEntry@16????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Si cette imprimante ne sert plus à rien, je ne corrige pas tout à fait de la même manière que si elle doit te resservir.

Tu as encore le CD d'installation ?

  Oui le lecteur E est un lecteur CD. L'imprimante a un petit probleme, elle est démontée à l'intérieur et je n'ai pas encore réussi à résoudre le probleme. Le CD d'installation c'est possible que je l'ai encore mais vu l'état des choses je prefere que tu consideres qu'elle ne sert plus à rien.

Tu as un support amovible clé USB ou DD externe surE:

Branche le.

Rends toi sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier : E:\install.exe

Clique sur Send File.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta réponse.

Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, cliquer sur le bouton Reanalyse le fichier maintenant

  Je n'ai pas encore fait ce que vous m'avez demandé mais je n'ai plus l'imprimante du moins pour le moment je ne l'ai plus, c'est important?

  Quand j'ouvre le fichier il me demande d'inserer un CD, je ne comprend pas pourquoi. Sinon je ne sais pas si ça a de l'importance mais lorsque j'ai fait le rapport il y'avait un CD (les sims) dans le lecteur, je prefere le dire au cas où ça changerait quelque chose.

Re,

si l'ordi est trop instable, mets toi en mode sans échec avec prise en charge réseau et si il est encore instable, en mode sans échec pour faire l'analyse.

on fais ça :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

supprime (si il existe Combofix.exe sur ton Bureau ainsi que le répertoire Qoobox à la racine du disque, en général C:\Qoobox).

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le Bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

en particulier installe la Console de récupération.

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Spyware Doctor te l'a trouvé où et il en a fait quoi (de AdwarePlayMP3z) ?

  Je ne sais pas où il l'a trouvé mais il n'en a rien fait vu que c'est la version gratuite que j'ai. J'ai essayé de l'enlever avec ad aware mais celui-ci ne trouve pas ce virus il trouve juste des cookies. Sinon avast, lui, m'a trouvé un autre virus un trojan dont j'ai oublié le nom, je le posterai dem1.
  
  ça veu dire qu'il arrete pas de buguer ce qu'il ne faisait pas avant.

Bonjours ,

pour avancer lyonnais fais ceci :

telecharge RSIT:

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Spyware Doctor te l'a trouvé où et il en a fait quoi ?

Mets à jour Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 :

Ta console java n'est pas à jour, ce qui constitue une faille de sécurité.

Ouvre ce lien :
https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp

Choisis la première ligne de téléchargement puis installe java.

En fin d'installation, revient sur la page pour vérifier ton installation.

Désinstalle les vieilles versions de ta console Java (sauf si tu as des applications professionnelles qui les utilisent :

Démarrer, Panneau de configuration, Ajout/suppression de programmes.

Désinstalle

Java 6 Update 3
Java 6 Update 5
Java 6 Update 7

  dsl d'avoir poster inutilement je n'avais pas vu tes messages. J'ai fait ce que tu m'avais dit mais je n'ai pas pu désistaller les autres versions de Java, il me dit qu'il faut que je contacte l'administrateur réseau car il a interdit le fait que je puisse désinstaller ça.
