How to fix "Internal Error #2"

Hello,
I just got back on Windows XP, I was about to install 3dsmax and when I try to run the keygen, it tells me: "Internal Error #2 - Please be sure the app is running and on the licence screen!" so I can't install it, the thing is it's happening at a bad time, I need help please help me ;p

    Has someone replied to you??? I have the same problem installing AutoCAD, I can't open the keygen!!!

      You must first launch AutoCAD and then start the keygen.
