Bonjour,
j ai un soucis avec un virus, rien d'étonnant pour l'instant
bon j ai un win32worm.autorun.MQ
le fichier a bien été supprimé
mais un rootkit caché persiste
extrait du log
Problèmes non résolus :Nom de l'objet Nom de la menace Etat final
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kdaew.exe Rootkit-Eléments cachés Echec du renommage
il n'apparait pas et je ne sais plus trop quoi faire

* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
* Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\). -

MSN ? Ca m'étonnerait, mais on va vérifier (je penche plus pour un ensemble d'altérations dans la base de registre qui perturbe le bon fonctionnement des mises à jour).
Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip
Décompresse-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et place les fichiers dans C:\MSNFix (très important).
Double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécutez l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage
Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal
- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

mais une seul erreur persiste DW20.exe
j ai répété la méthode plusieurs fois mais rien n y fait
qu'est ce que je dois faire -

la suite au jour, que je finisse l'analyse.
Le paradoxe (on supprime et on retélécharge) avait pour but de faire fonctionner RSIT qui avait eu un souci que je n'arrivais pas à régler.
La maneuvre a réussi. -

* Télécharge ToolsCleaner par A.Rothstein & dj QUIOU sur ton Bureau.

* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
* Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).
Télécharge ici :
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit
