@901ilyasWhat I told you to do in MsConfig, for the programs launched at startup.......you are not uninstalling them by doing this....you are just preventing them from starting up with every boot.

For example: you don't often go on MSN.....so in the startup list you will uncheck the box in front of Msgr (messenger)....and it won't start up anymore.
You can open it at your convenience by clicking on Programs > Messenger.......

If you want to reverse the process, just do it again, type MsConfig and re-check the boxes. Nothing dangerous, no need to worry!
