Fenetres pubs

Question

Bonjour,

Des pubs s'affichent lorque je navique sur le web, pubs de jeux et autres .

je n'arrive pas à les enlever malgré plusieurs analyses faites avec  lavasoft,spybot et spyware 

Que dois je faire ?

Tu peux essayer de faire un scan avec cette outil (eScan Virus Cleaner), active l'option antispyware ...

Normalement il arrive assez bien a supprimer les fenêtres de pub ...

Mais je suis encore envahi d epubs et de propositions de spyware...

J'en ai trop marre !!  y a t-il une autre solution ???

Est-ce que tu as désactivé le point de restauration et scanner en mode sans échec ?

Regarde ici la méthode ...  

Télécharger le dernier eScan Virus Cleaner et l'enregistrer le sur votre ordinateur. http://www.escan-ch.com/downloads/escan_virus_cleaner.exe 

Désactiver la restauration automatique de Windows XP 
(elle se trouve dans le menu Démarrer / Panneau de configuration / Performances et maintenance / Système cochez la petite case, cela permettra de supprimer tous les points de restauration du système.

Redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec (appuyer sur F8 au démarrage puis sélectionnez à l'aide des touches du clavier mode sans échec . 

Une fois Windows redémarré en mode sans échec, scanner votre ordinateur avec le eScan Virus Cleaner. (activer toutes les options)

Vider la corbeille, les fichiers temporaires

Redémarrer la machine en mode normal

Contrôler si tout est normal

Réactiver l'option de restauration du système

Salut !!

tu as quelques infections...commence pas faire ceci stp :

1)pour vista 

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

2)télécharge sur le bureau Navilog1 à cette adresse (c est le numéro 1 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

Si votre antivirus s'affole , le désactiver 
=sous vista : Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
=sous XP : double-clic dessus pour l'installer et le lancer 

 
Quand installé 
= taper F 
= Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options 
= Choisir Recherche ( = taper 1 ) 
ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes 

un rapport : fixnavi.txt

fais ceci stp :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

ensuite télécharge combofix (par sUBs) à cette adresse : 

(c est le numéro 5 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/

et enregistre le sur le Bureau. 

  
désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

ensuite envois le rapport et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp
 

je reviendrai tout à l heure pour vérifier les rapports car je dois partir...

fix les lignes que je t ai mises au message précédent et ensuite fais ceci :

télécharges le SP1 de vsta : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b0c7136d-5ebb-413b-89c9-cb3d06d12674&displaylang=fr


Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. 

Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :  

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : 

(c est le numéro 15 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/ 

* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler 
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. 
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer. 
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse


et ensuite vas réactiver le controle des comptes et créer un point de restauration !!
