LOL, Ctrl + F5 has nothing to do with the RAM managed by Windows; it's a shortcut to clear a web browser's cache (refresh a web page).

There are cans of "gas" specifically designed to clean PCs that won't suck up all the microparticles from your electronic components. I mean seriously, a vacuum cleaner? I agree that a vacuum cleaner is not the tool to use, I did it! But while vacuuming 5 cm away from the dusty surfaces, so without touching any component, no component was detached, so with caution, nothing was sucked up, BUT,,, dust was displaced, and when I turned my PC back on, the motherboard fried due to a dust particle!!!!
