Bonjour,
j'ai quelque problèmes avec internet: je suis connecté grace au wifi mé au bout d'un certain temps je ne peux plus chargé de page web sa me met chargement en cours mais sa n'avance pas pourtant je suis toujours connecter a internet car je peux toujours parler sur msn.
J'ai déja fait des scan avec ad-aware et spybot mais il n'ont rien trouvé mais je ne vois pas ce que sa pourrait etre alors je viens vous demander si y aurait pas un virus ???

    j'ai trouvé ou était installé le programme mais il ne reste que 6 fichier dont un "uninstall" mais si je clique dessus il ne se passe rien.
    qu'est ce que je fais ?? je suis pas sur mais je pense que le programme a bien été désinstaller mais il reste quelque fichiers. Mais pour le moment je n'est plus eut de problème pour naviguer sur internet

      heuu j'ai déja CCleaner donc je les pas réinstallé ( c'est exactement la meme version) mais il n'y a d'onglet désinstallateur il y a juste outils dans lequel il y a une liste de programme que je peux désinstaller mais pas Genesys PC Camera Device.

        fait un nettoyage du pc sur l'onglet : nettoyeur et apres sur registre

        apres tu va sur l'onglet : desinstalateur et tu trouve ce prog et desinstal le

        apres refait un nettoyage

        apres remet un scan hitjackthis ici pour voir

              redemare le pc et refait un scan hitjackthis pour voir
