Apres multes périples de desinfections pour éradiquer mes chevaux de troyes, j'ai cependant quelques restes; des infections tenaces : dialer instant_access, dialer Carpe_Diem et spyware.Known_bad_Sites
comment puis je faire pour m'en debarasser defenitivement?

poste les rapports.
télécharge ceci, mets la à jour, démarre en mide sans echec (F8 au démarrage de windows, normal si aucun programmes ne s'ouvrent et si les graphismes sont pourris.) http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware
Fais un scan complet de TOUT ton ordi et poste le rapport.
