Question

Bonjour,
je suis infecte par le virus CID,j'ai essayé ccleaner rien à faire avg spyware non plus........

Télécharger ComboFix (par sUBs) sur le Bureau : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

* Démarrer en mode sans echec 
* Double cliquer combofix.exe. 
* Appuyer sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan 
* Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt, poste le stp

 tu es sous vista, pour le faire fonctionner, il faut que tu fasse un clic droit dessus < exécuter en tant qu'administrateur !

 il faut que tu fasse un clic droit sur combo <  et choisir exécuter en tant qu'administrateur !!

# Désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (le réactiver à la fin de la désinfection) :
# Aller dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
# Double Cliquer sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
# Cliquer ensuite sur désactiver et valider.

* Décompressez le fichier sur le bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), afin d’obtenir un dossier nommé clean.
* Ouvrez le dossier Clean qui se trouve sur votre bureau et faire un double-cliquez sur clean.cmd.

ok, laisse tomber clean, on va procéder manuellement !

 il faut supprimer le fichier en gras suivant : C:\ProgramData\math move skip.ywc9p

pour cela, va dans demarrer < poste de travail < disque locale C:\ < fichier programData < et supprime le fichier math move skip.ywc9p


ensuite, fais ce qui est indiqué ici stp :

 pas supprimer la clé directement, juste le fichier en gras, ensuite, un coup de ccleaner qui supprimera les clés obsolètes !

salut bon j'ai essayé de faire ce que tu m'as dit car pour toi ça parait simple mais ce n'était pas si simple pour moi.visiblement ça a marché et plus de pub cid.d'habitude je les vois assez rapidement.je te remercie beaucoup pour ta patience tout en sachant que malheureusement il y aura d'autres problèmes de ce genre ou autre.encore merci pour tes et pour vos services.
