Virus : Instant Messenger Names

Bonjour,
Je suis infecté par Instant Messenger Names, un virus qui sur msn envoie à tous mes contacts un message en même temps. Cela bloque msn messenger et il devient impossible de l'utiliser. Je précise que ce message contient un lien envoyant vers un site pour télécharger un logiciel qui est en fait ce même virus! Et c'est justement de cette manière que je l'ai attrapé... Bref, depuis deux jours je fait de multiples analyses avec de multiples logiciels, mais le virus est toujours là! Je ne sais plus quoi faire et je vous demande donc votre aide. Merci d'avance!

      Eh bien il est coriace celui là !
      Recherche SetPaths.bat sur ton poste de travail
      (Fais afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés dans l'explorateur avant de lancer la recherche)
      tu désactiveras cette fonction après !

            Le nouveau parefeu (ZoneAlarm Security) m'a envoyé une alerte :
            Generic Host Process for Win32 Services tente d'accéder à internet.
            identification : inconnu
            Application : SVCHOST.EXE
            Emplacement : C:_WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
            J'ai mis "refusé" (sans conserver ce paramètre) car cela m'a fait penser à Windir32.exe

            MSNFix, juste avant d'afficher l'écran bleu de départ affiche très rapidement une erreur à fond noir
            Je l'ai capturé avec ScreenShot :

            Mais je viens de vérifier et il était de nouveau là

              Pourquoi tu as ajouté un parefeu ???
              Il faut choisir ... mais un seul suffit !
              Pour le reste ça va. le bwgo0000ba48.exe du post pécédent est même parti !
              Tu as fais quoi ?
              Tu peux désinstaller tous les progs que j'aurai pu te demander d'installer.
              Mais de temps en temps utilise des progs comme Ccleaner par exemple.
              Au fait ... peux tu utiliser Msnfix maintenant ?

                            Fait Ctrl C
                            Ouvre le bloc notes
                            Fait Ctrl V
                            Sauvegarde le fichier sous C:\ScanWindir.bat
                            (Attention qu'il ne prenne pas l'extension .txt en plus !!!

                            Redémarre en mode DOS procédure identique au mode sans échec
                            (tapote F8 ou F5 après la première page de démarrage du PC)
                            Et sélectionne démarrage en mode DOS

                            Lorsque tu as l'invite : C:\ (si ce n'est pas ça, tape : CD C:\)
                            LORSQUE tu as C:\
                            tape ceci :
                            ScanWindir
                            Lorsqu'il a fini (retour à C:\)
                            Reboote en mode normal et poste le fichier C:\ResWindir.txt
