When I turn on my PC, it shows a blue screen: stop code 101 INITIALIZATION FAILED
I have tried restarting it in safe mode, etc... Nothing works... What can I do?

It's become too technical,
If you have personal data that needs to be absolutely recovered, you must connect the hard drive to another computer to retrieve it,
Then, you should cleanly reinstall Windows (clean install)
