Nettoyage Win XP et programmes au demarrage

ok bien joué martin...Mais de rien, c'était un plaisir l'échange que nous avons eu ensemble ;)

Pour finir notre discution :

- Je vais te donner les traditionelles consignes de sécurité :

- Windows Update parfaitement à jour http://www.windowsupdate.com/windowsupdate/v6/default.aspx (catégories critique, Services Pack et Services Release)
- pare-feu bien paramétré
- antivirus bien paramétré et mis à jour régulièrement (quotidiennement s'il le faut) avec un scan complet régulier (journalier s'il le faut).
- une attitude prudente vis à vis de la navigation (pas de sites douteux : cracks, warez, sexe...) et vis à vis de la messagerie (fichiers joints aux messages doivent être scannés avant d'être ouverts)
- une attitude vigilante (être à l'affût d'un fonctionnement inhabituel de son système)
- nettoyage hebdomadaire du système (suppression des fichiers inutiles, nettoyage de la base de registre, scandisk, defrag)
- scan hebdomadaire antispyware
- un contôle régulier de la console JAVA pour s'assurer qu'elle est à jour https://www.java.com/en/download/uninstalltool.jsp

Sécurisation de la navigation

Freeware permettant d'empêcher l'installation de spywares (logiciels espions) et autres adwares (insertion de publicité) sur ton PC. Contrairement à des logiciels comme Spybot - Search & Destroy ou Ad-aware, SpywareBlaster est un logiciel préventif qui est surtout utile pour Internet Explorer

Verifie si ta console Java est à jour:

Java Sun https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp et télécharge la dernière version (si ta version actuelle n'est pas à jour)

Après installation et redémarrage (toujours si elle n'etait pas à jour), va dans panneau de configuration/Ajouter-Supprimer des programmes afin de désinstaller l'ancienne version, ceci pour récupérer de l'espace disque et éventuellement pour virer les failles présentes dans cette ancienne version.

Retourne ensuite chez Java ci-dessus et clique sur le bouton "Vérifier l'installation" pour t'assurer que tout est en ordre.

En cas de problèmes chez Sun, tu peux aller télécharger la dernière version chez File Hippo https://filehippo.com/download_jre_32/?ex=CORE-116.0

Ton hijack est propre pas de trace suspectes..
Par compte mets toi à jours au sujet d'adobe tu as le 7, il est fortement conseillé de passer au 8 (due au failles de sécurité du 7)

Tu peux désinstaller MSN FIX et Clean ce sont eux "qui emettent un signal lors de ton scan kasperky, ce sont des faux positifs :not-a-virus:RiskTool.Win32.Reboot.f

Trend micro :Scan is complete! - CoolWebSearch was not found on this system.". C'est-à-dire...??? :S

c'est à dire que lui aussi n'a pas trouvé de virus modifiant ta page accés internet...

Vide ta corbeille..
Ensuite Purges ton système : Désactivez la restauration système :

Clic droit sur Poste de Travail/Propriétés ou double clic sur Système dans Panneau de configuration Onglet Restauration du système/cocher la case 'Désactiver la restauration du système ...' / OK
nb : purger la restauration du sytème efface, les virus et malwares planqués dans les fichiers de restauration, c'est pour cela qu'il est primordial de la désactivez !!!

Une fois coché, tu décoches la case, ainsi tu purges la restauration de ton système...

Fais un nettoyage avec ccleaner...

Ton pc est propre selon moi..

1) Problème avec la MISE A JOUR DE SECURITE: j'ai fait une petite recherche et je suis tombé sur un tuto où on expliquait qu'il fallait tout simplement venir ici: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/936181 et après aller et istaller la MISE A JOUR manuellement sur le site de Microsoft (Mise à jour de sécurité 936181).

4) Trend Micro CWShredder: voila le message à la fin du scan "Scan is complete! - CoolWebSearch was not found on this system.". C'est-à-dire...??? :S

5) Scan on line avec KASPERSKY: suite à des problèmes avec BitDefender je ne suis pas arrivé à scanner mon PC avec celui-ci (erreur lors du scan lors de mes 3 essais). J'ai donc fait le scan avec KASPERSKY, ai-je bien fait? Voila le rapport (2 virus???):

J'ai essayé d'installer "F-secure BLackLight" mais il y a une fenêtre d'avertissement qui apparait. En images:

Donc, avant de continuer à faire quoi que ce soit, je préfère venir ici et te demander quoi faire, car je ne voudrais pas laisser passer une étape qui est peut-être indispensable.
Qu'est-ce que je dois faire? J'ai cherché sur google mais j'ai eu le même problème. Il y a un autre logiciel ou autre site où le télécharger sans problème ?

ok, salut PhotoMartin ..
Oui désactive le pare-feu windows.. Kerio de sunbelt le remplace largement, et tu éviteras certains conflits...

ok tu peux supprimer navilog en le désinstallant et en vidant la corbeille....

Par compte ne jamais désinstaller spybot, il est la réference d'anti-espions et malware, tu n'auras pas de conflit avec ce dernier, car il n'est pas automatique, tu dois lancer un scan pour qu'il soit opérationnel...

En mode normal, hors connexions internet utilise fsecure

- F-secure BLackLight : Ce logiciel simple d'utilisation sera très efficace pour mettre en évidence et combattre les rootkits et toutes sortes de malwares invisibles aux yeux de bon nombre d'utilisateurs. scan en mode normal.

Exécutez F-Secure Blacklight

Lancez-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier blbeta.exe
Acceptez la license, et cliquez enfin sur "Scan"
Postez (à la fin de cette méthode) le rapport qui a été crée dans le fichier fsbl-bxxxx.log en l'ouvrant avec le bloc-note.

Ensuite pour le reste de la marche à suivre, tu le feras en mode sans échec...

1) Pardon, je me suis mal exprimé: quand je demandais quelle était l'utilité de AVG anti spyware et Kerio, c'était par rapport au pare-feu de windows !?
Je fais cette demande, car j'ai vu que mon pare-feu widows était désactivé, je l'ai donc "réactivé" car j'avais peur que ce soit suite à l'action d'un trojan/antivirs que celui-ci soit desactivé.. Ai-je fait une betise? Devais je donc le laisser désactivé ?

2) Par rapport à mon image: attention que la fleshe rouge c'est moi qui l'a dessiné avec paint de windows pour vous montrer où ce trouvait l'icone duquel je vous parlais (celui qui apparait tout le temps) ;)

PS: Concernant l'utilisation de Google il n'y a pas de problème, je suis aussi modérateur sur un autre forum (photo) qui compte plus de 21.000 utilisateurs et ce qu'on demande souvent c'est que les utilisateurs utilisent aussi l'outil recherche :)

AVG anti spyware, comme sont nom l'indique est un logiciel anti-espion, cookies,, trojans, et malwares..
Kerio est ton pare-feu, il empéche l'intrusion de pirates, ou trojans sur ton système

nb : Je t'invite de faire cette espionnage sur google, tu tappes ex : tuto avg, ou tuto kerio, tu auras plus de significations... et cela est valable pour tous les programmes que je te conseillerais d'installer... ;-)

2° J'ai vue ton image, pour moi, ce n'est qu'un logiciel espion, un faux, car la mise à jour xp n'a pas de fléches comme ton image présentée...

3° on y travaille justement...

Désactivez la restauration système :

Clic droit sur Poste de Travail/Propriétés ou double clic sur Système dans Panneau de configuration Onglet Restauration du système/cocher la case 'Désactiver la restauration du système ...' / OK
nb : purger la restauration du sytème efface, les virus et malwares planqués dans les fichiers de restauration, c'est pour cela qu'il est primordial de la désactivez !!!
Attends un peu, ensuite recoches sur la case, ainsi tu purges ton système de virus planquer...

télécharge sur ton bureau

2) MISE A JOUR: il y a plus ou moins une semaines j'ai fait un "nettoyage" avec CCLEANER et depuis ce jour là (peut-être une coïncidence!?) j'ai la MISE A JOUR (voir photo ci-après) qui n'arrête pas d'être demandée !!! En fait, même si j'accepte, quand la MAJ est finie... quelque minutes plus tard cela réapparait (demande de MISE A JOUR). Qu'est ce que je dois faire? Quel est le problème? Ai-je fait une bêtise? Ai-je touché à quelque chose? Est-ce un virus/trojan ?

Ton rapport hijack est propre...

par compte : Pour cleanzip...

La procédure est longue et en partie en mode sans échec. Attention, tu n'as pas accès à Internet dans ce mode, enregistre cette page Web (clique sur fichier/enregistrer sous/choisis « Bureau ») ou imprime ce que tu as à faire.


1/ Télécharge la version d'évaluation d'AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 https://www.avg.com/en-ww/free-antivirus-download

Installe-le sur ton bureau

- Démarre AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 avec l'icône qui se trouve sur ton Bureau.
Clique sur Mise à jour.
Sous Mise à jour manuelle clique sur Commencer la mise à jour et attend la fin de cette mise à jour puis ferme le programme.

2/ Télécharge Ccleaner https://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

Installe le dans un répertoire dédié (attention à l'installation pense à décocher l'installation de Yahoo toolbar).

3/ Redémarre en mode Sans Échec
(au démarrage, tapote immédiatement la touche F8), puis tu verras un écran avec choix de démarrages :
choisis Mode sans échec avec les flèches du clavier, puis valide avec Entrée.
Choisis ton compte usuel (et non Administrateur).

4/ Lance Ccleaner

Puis clique sur le bouton « Analyse » ensuite bouton « Lancer le Nettoyage ». Ensuite fait de même sur le bouton « Erreurs » puis « chercher des erreurs » et « réparer les erreurs sélectionnées ».

5/ Lance AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 et clique sur Analyse et ensuite clique sur Analyse complète du système.
A la fin du scan il affichera une liste des fichiers détectés.
Clique sur le bouton Appliquer toutes les actions.
Clique sur Enregistrer le rapport, puis Enregistrer le rapport sous, je te conseille de le mettre sur ton bureau.

==> lance clean.zip et choisi choisi l'option 2

6/ Redémarre en mode normal.
Poste le rapport AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 dans ta prochaine réponse et poste un nouveau rapport HijackThis+ le rapport de cleanzip.

1) J'ai supprimé AVAST et SPYBOT et j'ai installé ANTIVIR et KERIO !!!
2) J'ai fait un "nettoyage" à l'aide de CCLEANER...

4) MSN: à chaque demarrage/ouverture de Windows MSN s'ouvre. Una manière d'eviter cela ?

5) MISE A JOUR: Une dernière chose: il y a plus ou moins une semaines j'ai fait un "nettoyage" avec CCLEANER et depuis ce jour là (peut-être une coincidence!?) j'ai la MISE A JOUR (voir photo ci-après) qui n'arrete pas d'être demandée !!! En fait, même si j'accepte, quand la MAJ est finie... quelque minutes plus tard cela reaparet (demande de MISE A JOUR).
Qu'est ce que je dois faire? Quel est le problème? Ai-je fait une bêtise? Ai-je touché à quelque chose? Est-ce un virus/trojan ?

?p=ZSzed001YYBE_ZNxmk809YYBE ça c' est inconnu sur google, on dirait que tu as déja fait du nettoyage mais il reste des trucs bisares.
C' est quoi qui te sert de pare-feu, avec avast il en faut un du genre zonealarm ou kerio; antivir en ce moment est un peu plus protecteur que avast.

Je n'ai que de mauvaises nouvelles

1° abscence de pare-feu puissant (hormis celui de windows qui ne t'as pas du tout protègé !
2° Avast n'est pas (choix constaté) performant...
Suite à ton rapport, tu es sérieusement infecté...
Je te conseille de virer avast et de le remplacer par antivir
