I ordered a Freebox and I'm getting an error at step 3 telling me to call 3244, but they have been unreachable for over a week.
How can I receive my box as I need it for my work?

Hello,
I am exactly in the same situation. I ordered a Freebox on March 18 and since then it has been almost impossible to get in touch for nearly a month. I have to go through Free mobile to hope that they can pass me a contact for Freebox, a number, or an email address (knowing that I don’t have a TV and am in confinement). But nothing.
They are also unable to provide me with any information. In short, they are useless.
