Audio device issue

Hello,Since last night, I have no sound. The icon in the taskbar has a white cross on a red background and says that no audio output device is installed.I’ve searched online, tried updates, disabled, restarted...nothing works.I am on WIN 10.Thank you very much in advance!

For now, let's leave it as it is.

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

Download this driver --> Chipset
and place it in your documents.

Right-click on --> Chipset.zip
Choose --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "Chipset\"

Go to the device manager
Right-click on the High Definition Audio Controller
Update driver
Browse my computer for driver software
Browse
Go to your documents
Select the unzipped driver folder --> Chipset
OK, next
Restart

Go to the Device Manager Uninstall these 2 devices (including all drivers): --> NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device --> High Definition Audio Controller  Go to the Control Panel Programs and Features Uninstall everything related to audio, namely Realtek, VIA, HDMI (nVidia)...  Restart the PC and see what happens in the Device Manager.  -- The human being is at its best when things are at their worst.

Right-click on the High Definition Audio Controller
Choose --> Update Driver
Choose --> Browse my computer for driver software
Click on --> Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer...
Click on --> Have Disk
Browse
Go to your documents
Go to the folder of the unzipped driver --> Chipset
Folder --> win7
Select the file --> PantHAud.inf
Restart.
