Good evening,
Try restarting (unplugging and plugging back in) the Freebox server (or the time) and then the freeplayer (TV) to get the latest version of the update.
Then, if you're still having the issue, turn on the Freeplayer, go to Settings, and scroll down to Remote Control.
- Update the remote control
or
- Recalibrate the remote control

Hello,
To find all the functions of the gyroscopic remote control, I invite you to check this link: https://www.free.fr/assistance/91.html Also, please note that the Gamepad can serve as a remote control in case the regular remote is defective, or you can use your smartphone by downloading the Freetelec app. Have a great end of the day.

Hi
Which Freebox? If it's the Revolution, you have the PIP (picture-in-picture) function that allows you to watch one channel while monitoring another.
