Question

bjr, je suis nouveau et pas tres calé en informatique
mon pc est infecté par virtumonde détecte par bd
j'ai ad-aware  se et spybot sd spy bot  a bien trouvé virtumonde il me dit probleme corrigé, mais je le relance et trouve encore virtumonde..j'ai un peu suivi forum pour trouver solution mais comprend rien,j'ai telecharger Pc doctor qui a trouve vitumonde,trojan donwloader id tiny..
j'ai telecharger hijackthis voici rapport si quelquun pouvait m'aider je suis handicapé d'une main et ai besoin de mon pc pour correspondre ne pouvant ecrire manuellement...

Bonjour,

QUEL EST LE NOM DE TON PARE-FEU ?

Téléchargez MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur votre bureau: 
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip 

Décompressez-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat. 
- Exécutez l'option R. 
-- Si l'infection est détectée, exécutez l'option N. 
--- Sauvegardez ce rapport puis faites un copier/coller de ce rapport sur le forum, ainsi qu'un nouveau scan HijackThis fait en mode normal. 

Note : 
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal 
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.

Désinstalle SYSTEM OPTIMIZER via Ajout/Suppression des programmes.

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau. 
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4 
Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer. 
Coche Run VundoFix as a task. 
Un message t'avertira que l'outil va se fermer et s'ouvrir à nouveau : clique Ok 
Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo. 
Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo. 
Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES 
Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers. 
Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown") ; clique OK 
Démarre ton PC à nouveau. Puis poste le rapport vundofix il est situé a la racine du disque (vundofix.txt)

Tu as donc pris connaissance et accepté les conditions d'utilisations du programme blacklight qui est inclus dans le dossier compressé navilog1.zip que tu vas télécharger. 

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien :

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Oui tu dois cliquer sur "Fixed".

Ensuite tu dois cliquer sur Vundofix.exe et tu clique sur Scan for Vundo. Et tu me postes le rapport a la fin du scan ;)

...en suite j'ai fait scan avec vundo.fix
il y avait une multitude de fichiers(sûrement infectes) j'ai fait remove.
j'ai redemaré en mode sans echec avec réseau..
j'ai refait vundo.fix (pour controle) d'apres ce que j'ai compris il n'y avait aucun fichiers infectés.

F-Secure est génial !! Je suis réellement désolé pour ce qui t'est arrivé ! Prends ton temps, ce n'est qu'une petite infection, elle n'est pas vulnérable pour ton ordinateur ! Cela ne presses pas ;)

Ouvre Hijackthis et clique sur "DO a system scan only" et coche ces lignes :

O20 - Winlogon Notify: mllmk - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mllmk.dll (file missing) 
O20 - Winlogon Notify: tuvtutt - tuvtutt.dll (file missing) 

Puis quand tu as coché ces lignes, cliques sur "Fix CHecked"

Double clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et laisse-toi guider. 
Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide. 

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC 
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... *** 
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver 
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaitre 

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches. 
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter" 
Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.

Télécharge VirtumundoBegone sur le bureau: 
http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe 

Double clique ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suis les instructions. 
Une fois terminé, redémarre et poste le rapport VBG.TXT créé sur le bureau dans ta prochaine réponse avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis. 
Ne t'inquiète pas si tu vois un message Ecran bleu "Erreur fatale", c'est normal et attendu

ca me rassure...pour F-secur, cela fait maintenant 24h que le pc est bloqué sur veuillez patienter, je dois tj attendre??au fait tu as une méthode pour désinstallé Gdata AVK (mon ancien antivirus?)
j'avais installé AVK 2006, j'ai fait une transformation par le site officiel en 2007, qd j'ai voulu le desinstallé dans aj/sup program il n'y était pas dans demarrer/programme j'ai trouvé unisnt,j'ai cliquer dessus, il fait une recherche et me dis icone AVK.exe (ou setup sais plus) introuvable...j'ai ete  dans C/programfiles/AVK l'icone est en blanc et bleu (comme qd il a été efface) impssible de le supp.
j'ai ouvert Rcleaner g supprimer avk, mais dans c/programmfile le dossier AVK existe tj! qd je veux le supprimer il me repond impossible...programme utliliser par quelqu'in d'autre, veuiller fermer les prog..etc? que faire(apres) pour l'instant je suis tj avec navlog, qui m'a saugarder registre avec succés dans backupnavi, qui m'a nettoyé registre -ok maintenant  depuis 24h

pour AVK dans le dossier c/prog.file/AVK l'icone uninstall n'y est plus il y a juste un carré blanc avec barre bleu au dessus(comme qd un prog a ete efface et qu'il rste raccourci) qd je cliquais dessus il me dit qu'il cherche setup ou exe manquant.
dans Démarrer/programme/AVK il y a bien l'icone, qd je clic dessus me dit impossible de desinstallé???

Aparamment c'est un bon début :)
Met ton JAVA a jour : 
Ouvre ce lien :
https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp

Choisis la première ligne de téléchargement puis installe java.

En fin d'installation, revient sur la page pour vérifier ton installation.

Quand l'installation a réussi, ouvre le panneau de configuration, Ajout/suppression de programmes et supprime 
J2SE Runtime Environment Version 5.0 Update xx. et version 6.0 Update 1

Edit : ce texte convient au cas où la console java est du type : 
Java\jre6.0_1

N'oublies pas de désinstaller les anciennes version via Ajout/Suppression des programmes.

Installe-le sur le bureau et dezippe-le. 
Un dossier clean va être créer double-clique dessus
