Bonjour,
En surfant sur internet, j'ai récupéré un (ou des) virus qui me pose(nt) pas mal de problèmes.
Pour faire simple, j'ai une icône centre de sécurité qui est apparue dans ma barre de tâches et qui s'ouvre régulièrement, m'indiquant que mon ordinateur est infecté et que je dois acheter un logiciel de désinfection. Des popups s'ouvrent régulièrement pour me signaler l'infection d'un trojan, toujours différent.
Par ailleurs, je ne peux plus me connecter à internet, ma page de démarrage (google) ne fonctionnant plus.
Mon antivirus (mc afee) est également désactivé et je ne parviens pas à le réactiver. Je peux tout juste faire un scan avec, m'indiquant que je suis infecté par un virus generix.dx et un autre, Qhost.
J'ai également réalisé un scan avec malwarebytes, qui m'indique que 650 clés de registres sont infectées, toutes avec un .exe. Je n'ai rien fait, pas de suppression, ni de mise en quarantaine...
Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu le même problème, ou peut-il m'aider? Par avance, merci pour toutes vos réponses.

Désolé pour cette question bête, n'en tiens pas compte, il s'agit en fait d'un programme allant avec mon pc...

Sinon, sais-tu comment supprimer les fichiers ou les executions du logiciel PC Doctor ? J'ai vu que ça apparaissait sur les rapports, et je n'ai pas ce logiciel sur mon pc (résidus sans doute d'une tentative d'installation) ?

Ca y est, j'ai réussi à remettre le lecteur d'empreintes digitales en marche :o)
Reste-t-il encore quelque chose d'anormal sur le pc au vu du rapport Rsit ? -
Mon pc fonctionne bien oui :o)
J' ai juste un souci avec mon périphérique et mon lecteur d'empreintes digitales. Je suis en train de tenter de résoudre ça. J'ai réinstallé un nouveau pilote, et le système semble de nouveau en place. Par contre, pas de trace du périphérique dans mon gestionnaire de périphérique (il n'est pas réapparu) et impossible de configurer le système (je n'ai plus cette fonctionnalité dans mon logiciel de gestion lenovo, et donc pas de possibilité de rescanner mon empreinte).
Sais-tu pourquoi combofix a fait planter le lecteur d'empreintes ?

1)Supprime ce fichier:C:\WINDOWS\system32\tmp.txt
2)Désolé pour ton scanner ;essaie une réinstallation avec le pilote d'origine.
3)Télécharges tools cleaner afin de supprimer les logiciels de désinfection inutiles
---> Télécharge Toolscleaner sur ton Bureau.

* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

.cliques sur nettoyeur
.cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
.coches la première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la ce qui te donnes la case vielles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-la
.cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
.cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vérifies en appuyant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
.cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
.laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparer les erreurs sélectionnées
.il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
.tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
.cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
.il supprime et fermer tu vérifies en relançant rechercher les erreurs
.tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case vieilles données du perfetch
.tu peux fermer Ccleaner.

Je n'ai pas le rapport complet, c'est tout ce qu'il y a dans le fichier.
A part ça, j'ai fait une grosse connerie... L'opération combofix m'a supprimé quelque chose en rapport avec le lecteur d'empreintes digitales. Impossible de restaurer les drivers. J'ai tenté de désinstaller le périphérique en pensant que je pourrai le réinstaller mais impossible de le faire :o(
Que dois-je faire pour poursuivre la désinfection, et que faire pour le périphérique ?

Je ne parviens pas à lancer combofix avec ce programme, il me met un message d'erreur comme quoi windows ne parvient pas à accéder....
J'ai tenté de me mettre en mode sans échec sur la session administrateur du pc, mais là, impossible d'utiliser combofix, j'ai un message d'erreur me signalant que le fichier est corrompu. -

Telecharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
-Attention Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. risque de figer l'ordi
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

1)Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau
# choisi l option 2 (Suppression)
# Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera.
# Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera ton pc, laisse travailler l outil.
# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau.
# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
2)Télécharge Superantispyware (SAS)
Choisis "enregistrer" et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône d'installation qui vient de se créer et suis les instructions.
Créé une icône sur le bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône de SAS (une tête dans un cercle rouge barré) pour le lancer.
- Si l'outil te demande de mettre à jour le programme ("update the program definitions", clique sur yes.
- Sous Configuration and Preferences, clique sur le bouton "Preferences"
- Clique sur l'onglet "Scanning Control "
- Dans "Scanner Options ", assure toi que la case devant lles lignes suivantes est cochée :
Close browsers before scanning
Scan for tracking cookies
Terminate memory threats before quarantining
- Laisse les autres lignes décochées.
- Clique sur le bouton "Close" pour quitter l'écran du centre de contrôle.
- Dans la fenêtre principale, clique, dans "Scan for Harmful Software", sur "Scan your computer".
Dans la colonne de gauche, coche C:\Fixed Drive.
Dans la colonne de droite, sous "Complete scan", clique sur "Perform Complete Scan"
Clique sur "next" pour lancer le scan. Patiente pendant la durée du scan.
A la fin du scan, une fenêtre de résultats s'ouvre . Clique sur OK.
Assure toi que toutes les lignes de la fenêtre blanche sont cochées et clique sur "Next".
Tout ce qui a été trouvé sera mis en quarantaine. S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer l'ordi ("reboot"), clique sur Yes.
Pour recopier les informations sur le forum, fais ceci :
- après le redémarrage de l'ordi, double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer SAS.
- Clique sur "Preferences" puis sur l'onglet "Statistics/Logs ".
- Dans "scanners logs", double-clique sur SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
- Le rapport va s'ouvrir dans ton éditeur de texte par défaut.
- Copie son contenu dans ta réponse.

Tu as une infection par support amovible.
# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
Télécharge et install UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau.
# Choisi l option 1 (Recherche)
# Laisse travailler l outil.
# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra.
# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

J'ai l'impression que la situation s'est dégradée et qu'un trojan s'est réactivé : je n'ai plus de fond d'écran, première fois que ça arrive, et ma page d'ouverture internet n'est plus celle de google.
---> Je me suis peut être un peu précipité, sans doute que le nettoyage du registre en est la cause. J'ai rétabli les paramètres du bureau et du navigateur.
Par contre, il reste l'antivirus...
