Arnaque à la location

FAITE ATTENTION ,cest la meme chose que j'ai recu par plusieurs : Desmuraux, Antonio, Calmer etc : Toujours la meme chose : Payer une garantie par Western Union avant la visite car celon eux ils ont deja eu affaires a des gens qui leur ont fait perdre leur temps.
NE DONNEZ RIEN AVANT D'AVOIR VUE L'APPARTEMENT ET RECU LES CLES.
Si possible rendez vous vous meme dans le lieu, dormez dans une chambre d'hotel deux jours ou trois et chercher vous meme votre appartement sur place et non via des annoces de site internet car il n'ya plus rien de fiable !!!!

Bobjour, je souhaite partager avec vous ce qui m'est arrivée.
Je suis une étudiante qui vient des DOM . En effectuant des recherches sur le site Vivastreet pour un appartement à Bordeaux je suis tombée sur une annonce intérressante T2 à louer à Bordeaux pour un loyer de 420 euros toutes charges comprises, bien sûr je me suis laissé tenté par cet annonce. [ ... Je passe certains détails ]
Cette personne appelée Michele Lewis m'a demandé de faire tous les paiements par le biais de Western Union et qu'à la suite de cela j'aurai reçu dans les 48 heures les clées et le contrat de location.
A ce jour je n'ai toujours rien reçu et aujourd'hui je me retrouve en France loin de ma famille ( qui habite aux Antilles) sans logement et surtout sans argent.

avant de louer une location de tourisme vous poulez lire cet article, ca peut eviter de faire des betises !

bail et elle vous remets les clés de cet appartement ensuite vous lui remettrez le bordereau du mandat WESTERN UNION contenant les informations d'encaissement pour que je puisse encaisser le dépôt de garantie si mon appartement vous convenait, dans le cas contraire c'est à dire si l'appartement n'est à votre goût vous pourrez
toute fois retirer votre argent avec le bordereau qui contient les

Thank you for all the info, please read this email carefully. The solution to view and rent the apartment is provided by a rental agency called Royal Rentals (http://www.royal-rentals.info), which will handle both, payment and delivery of the keys and contract. They handle rentals for people with locomotory handicap, people who can't leave their jobs to show their apartments in person or for whatever valid reason. I have already signed a contract with them and and I have already paid for the service.

They will send an agent to show you the apartment, in my name, at a scheduled date (at your convenience). You will meet with the agent at the scheduled date and hour at the address of the apartment.
The problem is that the rental agency requests payment for 2 months in advance to be sure that the client really has the intention of renting the apartment. It kind of makes sense since they handle abroad rentals and they send the agents all over Europe.
I have already signed a contract with them and I have already paid for the service so if you want to rent this apartment we'll have to follow the rules of the rental agency.
I want to make 2 things very clear:
1) the 2 months that you have to pay in advance are 100 % refundable if you don't like the apartment (if you want to keep the apartment the rental agency will give me the money as payment for the first 2 months of rent)
2) the payment is a simple formality and by paying you are not forced to rent the apartment, you are just respecting the policy of the rental agency.
I am willing to offer you a discount of 50 EUR for every month paid in advance. For example the price for 3 months paid in advance will be 900 - 150 = 750 EUR and so on. The rent for 1 month is 300 EUR or 1250zl.

Now, in order to start the transaction I will need the following information from you:
a) your full name (first name, last name)
b) your current address (street name, street number, postal code, city)
c) your telephone number (mobile or home number)
d) rental period (period you want on the rental contract)
After I will receive this information from you I'll go to the rental agency's office and complete the papers with your information.
They will send you an invoice with the payment and delivery instructions and all you have to do is follow these instructions and we will not have any problems. After you send me your details I will also send you a copy of my passport so we can eliminate any doubt.

The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it.
Obviously we need a way to complete this deal that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after.In order of that I have found a way to complete the deal and in this way you will receive the keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called TNT which is similar to FedEx or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the keys.
Through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apartment or not before I receive my payment.The money, I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you.

The apartment is already furnished and fully equipped, but I can deposit my furniture into a storage if you want to bring your own.

Thanks for your prompt reply! I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works and how we can make it happen.You will only have to deposit to TNT the prepayment of EUR €610, so they can proceed with the shipping and you can receive the keys and the contract.
TNT will hold the money until you will confirm you like the apartment and keep the keys.If you don't like it,you'll only have to return the keys to them after they will refund the money to you,and they will deliver the keys back to me.
As I said,I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the keys and the contract signed by me right away.
- To start this transaction I will need to know your shipping information(full name and address) to proceed with this deal.
- TNT will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the keys and the papers in their custody.
- At this point you will have to proceed with the payment which will be sent on the TNT agent name assigned with this transaction.After you make the deposit you must email TNT with the payment details.
- When you receive the keys, you will go and check the apartment and in 2 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apartment or not.

Of course they are situate in the hart of Lisboa and the price is atracctive between 580 and 610 € for a dreaming appartment!!!!

You can move in the same day when you receive the keys,the only problem is that I'm already in London cause we've started the work and I'm the only person who has the keys, but I hope that we will find a compromise.My accommodation here will be about 3 or 4 years, so the renting period is from minimum 2 months up to 3 years..

I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs).
About myself, I am 55 years old and as I told you I am a project manager and my job even if it pais very well , requires that I move a lot and without notice . I bought this apartment while I was working on a 4 year contract in Portugal.
You can move in the apt in the same day you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m already in Manchester because we started the work, but you don't need to worry because I have made all arrangements to rent the apartment from here. I have received a lot of emails for the apartment so I removed it from the Internet, but it's still available.
