Bonjour,
J'ai depuis quelques jours le virus anykuy.com qui provoque des ouvertures de fenêtre intempestives. Si quelqu'un peut m'apporter son aide afin que je me débarasse de ce virus, je vous en remercie.

      - J'espère que ton pc tourne bien, si c'est le cas il faudra signaler aux moderateurs de CCM de mettre
      ce topic en " resolu ", il te suffit pour cela de cliquer sur ceci /!\ en jaune et de signaler que ton problème est résolu... Heureux de t'avoir rendu service!

      - Pour bien faire les choses, je vais te demander de relancer ccleaner
      - Selectionne " Nettoyeur " et lances l'analyse suivi du nettoyage
      - Selectionne ensuite " registres " et clic sur " Chercher des erreurs ", puis " reparer les erreurs "
      Ceci jusqu'à ce que plus aucune erreur ne soit trouvé ( si tu n'as pas touché aux paramètres de ccleaner autres que ceux que je t'ai dis de modifier, tu n'as pas besoin de sauvegarder le registre)

      - Ferme ensuite toutes les applications en cours...

      - pour finaliser, tu vas purger la restauration systeme
      - Fais un clic droit sur ton poste de travail et selectione " restauration systeme "
      - Desactive la et patientes jusqu'a que ce soit Hors surveillance
      - Puis reactive la, cela te permettra de creer un point de restauration qui pourra
      te servir en cas de pepins...

      - Surtout, fais les mises a jours Windows ( si ce n'est pas une version piratée) ainsi que
      des applications de ton pc, puis fais aussi le tri dans les programmes que tu n'utilises pas ou plus...

      -Ps : Si tu as des questions, ne te génes pas. ( n'oublie pas stp d'editer le post en " résolu ")

          Je vais retenir l'ensemble de la procédure et tes conseils sur les précautions à prendre pour éviter les intrusions de programmes malveillants. Je te remercie pour ton aide.

        - Redemarre le pc en mode sans echec >> au demarrage du pc, aprés le bip du bios, tapote sur la touche F8 ou F5 selon l'ordi.
        - Un ecran avec plusieurs choix apparaitra, choisis mode sans echec et valide avec la touche " entrée " du clavier
        - Arrivé dans ce mode, lance Smitfraudfix et choisis l'option2
        - Reponds oui aux questions et laisse l'outil travailler
        - Poste le contenu du rapport

        - Tes apllications ne sont pas à jour, Java, Adobe et autre programme non a jour représente une faille de sécurité idéale pour les virus de tous genre, je te conseille donc de les mettre à jour, maintenant...

        - Pour Java, tu peux telecharger la dernière version ici : https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp

        - Adobe reader : https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

        - Pour eliminer toutes les traces ( anciennes applications et clés comprises) Java, telecharge JavaRa.zip

        http://raproducts.org/click/click.php?id=1 et decompresse le fichier sur ton bureau ( clic-droit > extraire)

        - Double clic sur le fichier obtenu " JavaRa.exe " ( il se peut que le " exe " ne s'affiche pas ")
        - à l'ecran clic sur " Remove old version " ou " recherche d'anciennes versions " et clic sur " oui "
        - L'outil va travailler, une fois terminé, clic sur " ok " puis à nouveau sur " ok " > un rapport s'ouvrira
        - poste son contenu

        - Si tu veux connaitre les applications à mettre à jour sur ton pc, je te suggère d'installer le PSI de secunia

        - Telecharge toolscleaner2 pour supprimer les outils utilisés, ils ne te serviront à rien si tu les utilises à l'avenir, car ils deviendront obsolètes, puisqu'ils sont mis a jour regulièrement ( il ne doit te rester que ccleaner et malwarebytes...)

          - J'ai remarqué que tu avais quand meme gardé Norton, c'est ton choix et je le respecte
          - en fait si je t'ai demandé de prendre avira, c'est qu'effectivement il est le meilleur gratuit, mais c'était surtout pour scanner le pc à la fin...
          - Rien ne t'y force, on le fera en ligne et c'est aussi efficace, pour le moment fais ce qui suit stp...

          - Pour verifier, telecharges SmitfraudFix et enregistre le sur ton bureau

          - Double clic sur smitfraudfix >> un fichier est créé
          - Ferme toutes les applications et double clic sur Smitfraudfix.exe

          - Un rapport s'etablira en fin de scan, poste son contenu

            Non je n'ai pas gardé Norton, je n'ai simplement pas trouvé les éléments pour bien le désinstaller malgré un tutoriel qui semble correct. Je le ferai prochainement car il me semble que c'est la meilleure option.

          - Telecharge Combofix et enregistre le sur ton bureau

          - Desactive la garde de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware
          - Deconnectes toi et fermes toutes les applications en cours
          - Double-clic sur Combofix.exe et reponds oui au message
          note : Vu la puissance de l'outil, il est fortement conseillé d'installer la console de recuperation
          - Choisis la langue et presse la touche 1 pour lancer le scan
          ( Une fois le scan lancé, ne touche pas à ta souris et au clavier pendant le scan)
          - En fin d'analyse, il se peut que combofix doive redemarrer le pc afin de terminer la desinfection, laisse le faire
          - Un rapport Combofix.txt s'etablira, poste son contenu

            - En ce qui concerne le " crack " il s'agirait de Amadeus Mozart ( la flute enchantée)

            - Je te propose de changer d'antivirus, Norton étant une daube, je te conseille d'installer à la place Avira Antivir qui est de loin, le meilleur gratuit

            - Pour supprimer Norton proprement : https://www.pcastuces.com/newletter/adj/1630.htm

            - Avira antivir : https://www.avira.com/ et pour l'installer https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/

            - Telecharge et installe ccleaner : https://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
            - Durant l'installation, n'installe pas la barre d'outils yahoo et decoche la case " ajouter l'option des mises à jour"

            - Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lance ccleaner
            - clic >> option >> avancé et decoches " effacer les fichiers etc... plus vieux que 48h
            - Selectionne " nettoyeur " >> clic sur Analyse puis nettoyage ( plusieurs fois si il le faut) puis referme le programme...

            - Telecharge Flash disinfector et enregistre le sur ton bureau https://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe

            - Branche tes disques amovibles( clé usb, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir
            - Double clic sur Flash_disinfector.exe pour lancer le nettoyage ( il va scanner tous les lecteurs)
            - Reitère l'opération si tu as d'autres disques amovibles succeptibles d'etre infectés

            - Ensuite, telecharge et installe Malwarebytes- Antimalware

            - Il se mettra à jour automatiquement à la fin de l'installation

            - Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lance Malwarebyte
            - Clic sur " recherche " et execute un examen complet du pc
            - Tu ne pourras pas naviguer pendant la recherche
            - Clic sur " afficher les resultats" en fin d'analyse
            - Si des infections ont été trouvées, clic sur " supprimer la selection "
            - Il se peut que tu doives redemarrer le pc afin de finir la desinfection, fais le
            - Un rapport s'etablira, poste son contenu

              - Pour les cracks, je te conseillerais comme tous le monde de les supprimer >> sources de trés grosses infections du type Bagle par exemple...

              - Relances ToolbarSD et selectionne cette fois-ci l'option2 et patiente le temps de la suppression
              - Poste le contenu du rapport

              - Telecharge RSIT et enregistre le sur ton bureau
