exact les deux rapport confirme que le rookit a etait eradiquer

voila ton pc est propre

a ne pas oublier de passer c cleaner au moin une fois par semaine registre compris et aussi defragmenter le disque dur une fois tous trimestre

voici le rapport que tu as demandé. Je dois te signaler que lors de l'exécution de navilog, j'ai reçu un message de fsecure qui a supprimer le fichier gnc.exe. Dans la fenetre navilog, il était à ce moment inscrit accés refudé fichier gnc.exe

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration.
- Double Clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
- Clique sur Continuer.
- Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.
- Valide par OK et redémarre.

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis :

"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.
Referme le blocnote
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé a la racine du disque

je tiens à préciser qu'a chaque changement de recherches, un message windows me disait que le programme QGREP (recherche de carctères) avait du fermer.

De même, la suppression avec combofix à enlever le fichier dll pour la connection sans fil. Ce qyui fait que j'ai constamment un message de windows que dell wireless wlan card wireless network controller a cessé de fonctionner

apres redemarrage, fsecure ne reagit plus, le virus me semble parti

depuis que j ai fais combo fix , je n ai plus de reseau sur mon portable ou j ai les virus . je répond sur l ordi de ma femme , qui elle a le reseau .
je ne sais pas vous fournir le rapport de combo fix pour l instant. j ai bien suivi tout les instructions ,combo fix n aurait il pas enlever un fichier qu il ne fallait pas

Télécharge combo fix

-> Double clique sur combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message
